1. Start Date
The programme begins week commencing 23rd February 2026 as shown at checkout. Access to any programme materials will open on or after the official start date.

2. Access & Delivery
This is an online programme. You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary access, internet connection and device to participate.

3. Refund Policy
All payments are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.
The only exception is a verified duplicate charge, which must be reported within 7 days of purchase.
